Stratton-style balance for pressure.

(Druckwage nach Stratton.)
Description: This device has the advantage that pressure is measured without speeding the movement of the weights, thus confounding the measurement of pressure and velocity of application of the pressure. This is accomplished through a two compensating levers. This is a high quality scale, since the balance point is placed on a knife-edge (Schneiden, a scale pointer for demonstrating the equivalence of the two weights, an upholstered arm holder, and a set of weights that ranges from 0.5 to 200 g.
