Description: The Jugendstil (A German-Austrian style based on
patterns which appeared in the magazine "Jugend," similar to Art
Nouveau) decoration and lettering of the cover indicate modernity
at a time when such lettering might still have been less common in
Berlin than in Leipzig; and not all that common overall. While the
name Emil Zimmermann has someetimes been used, the correct name of
the firm leader was Eduard Zimmermann. (Expanded caption Copyright
